Das Apartment hat einen wunderbaren Ausblick auf den Strand und das Meer. Es liegt nur von einer Straße zum Strand entfernt. Alles war neu gestaltet und sehr sauber. Die Eigentümerin hat sich rührend um uns gekümmert und alles wurde zu unserer vollen Zufriedenheit erledigt. Es gab sogar einen eigenen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage. Restaurants und Läden vorhanden. Meine Familie war sehr zufrieden.

Es gab nichts zu meckern.

Die Location am Strand, ruhige Ecke, Wohnung sehr sauber und schön renoviert, Küche voll ausgestattet! Also alles perfekt!

Les restaurants, ils proposaient tous la même chose, pas trè variés

Все было прекрасно, замечательная квартира прямо на берегу моря, две ванные комнаты, три спальни. Со вкусом оформлено, очень чисто. Пляж прямо под домом. Рекомендую от души.

Apartamento fiel a la descripción y a las fotografías. Recién reformado, muy cuidado y bien decorado. Montse es encantadora y ha estado muy pendiente de que nuestra estancia fuera perfecta. El apartamento dispone de toallas, champú, gel, menaje de cocina, café, bebidas y bollería de bienvenida,…como estar en casa. Inmejorable ubicación, a 1 minuto (literal) de la arena de la playa. En la zona hay restaurantes, tiendas de alimentación y souvenirs.

Nada, todo correcto

Era tal cual se muestra en las fotos , Montse siempre pendiente y muy agradable , el entorno muy bonito ,sitio muy limpio ,todo perfecto para pasar unos días de relax , hay restaurantes y tiendas y todo lo que puedas necesitar cerca.

The apartment is in an ideal location - close to La Concha beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment was very spacious, clean and fully equipped. Montse was very communicative and helpful.

The apartment could have included a beach umbrella, but it was no problem to buy one at a nearby store. So we left it there for other guests. ;)

The apartment is beautifully furnished, everything is brand new, it was spotlessly clean and comfortable. There is everything you need for a relaxing holiday including dishwasher tablets, clothes washing liquid, hand soap, shower gel. Bottles of water and some small cakes were left for us. The kitchen had everything you need to prepare your own meals, it was a lovely experience to cook whilst looking at the sea. The view from the balcony is stunning, we sat out to see the sunset every evening. We didn't need to use the car parking space as there was free parking outside in December. We enjoyed a long walk along the path (via Verde) and in the other direction along the seafront promenade. There are 2 small shops, restaurants and bars in the vicinity and a Mercadona and Aldi 10 mins drive. It's a great base to explore the surrounding area and a nice seaside town to relax at night. Highly recommend.
