The place was very nice and spacious

Parking is very challenging on that particular street, especially if you have a bigger car. Parking in front of the flat can be very hectic and cumbersome, borderline traumatic.

La ubicación

Nos cobraron 25€ por llegar a las 22:20 de la noche a hacer el chek in( además ya lo hicimos online), es decir a partir de 22:00h , da igual que llegues 5 min tarde que ya te cobran 25€. Con el precio que nos cobraron yo pienso que esos 25€ sobran. Los muebles super antiguos, sillas de madera rotas etc..Los ruidos eran constantes en la escalera y el piso superior, las paredes muy mal aisladas.

Muito bonita, cuidadosamente decorada e com excelente localização.

As maçanetas das portas fazem muito barulho para abrir, assim como o piso de madeira ao andar. A ausência da máquina de lavar também contou negativamente.

Posizione buona. Anche se non centralissima, è collegata molto bene. Appartamento molto spazioso, con tutti i servizi funzionanti, abbastanza silenzioso. Il gestore risponde sempre. Anche se non è indicato nelle notizie su Booking, il wifi c'è e funziona bene!

A voler essere proprio pignoli, per la cifra pagata si poteva avere un po' più di attenzione sulla pulizia ed una migliore manutenzione su dettagli anche se di minore importanza.

"Престоят ни в Лисабон"

Местоположението е добро.

Апартаментът има нужда от реновиране,много от нещата в него са стари ,няма отопление стояли сме със зимните якета и елементарни хигиенни материали като моп,метла,торбички за боклук.Вратата на банята е счупена,входната се отваря трудно можеш да в отвориш, а на входа стоят кофи с боклук по няколко дни.

Bedden waren prima. Genoeg ruimte

Erg gehorig, likje verf en nieuwe bank zijn inmiddels nodig. Wij zijn net terug na 5 dagen. Deze accommodatie heeft geen verwarming. Het was echt koud binnen. Gezellig aan tafel zitten was onmogelijk. Misschien 2-3 mobile radiatoren aanschaffen?

Ochotná a milá osoba předávající klíče. Dobré umístění bytu - poblíž centra, blízko stanice autobusů i metra.

Některé části bytu jsou bohužel již hodně opotřebované a poškozené. Minimální možnost odkládacích prostor v pokojích (skříňky, poličky) - není vhodné pro více osob na delší časové období.
