The hotel was very convenient and closed to the Tam Dao Square. Staff is very friendly, room is clean and spacious. Nice views of the mountain from the front rooms.

"Nice room. Awful place. Totally mismanaged."

The room was clean. The a/c worked well. Comfortable.

No staff except a housekeeper. Nobody at reception. No assistance. No breakfast (cook was drunk). No credit card facility. Various people (not guests?) seemed to be living there. No English. No discount in relation to not getting breakfast (I can hear the owner shout NO).
