The property does not match the photos on your platform, the mattress is unfit for use, and the overall condition falls far below the standard any guest should expect when booking through Booking.com. We are now forced to cut our trip short and return home halfway through our stay because staying any longer would risk our health and safety. I paid £284.00 for this booking. Given the misrepresentation, the uninhabitable conditions, and now the clear safety hazard, I am demanding a full and immediate refund.
