Charms at Citygate with free use of onsite gym

Excellent apartment

size of the apartment is good. close to city centre. we will be going back.

Easy to use and locate.

There was only one set of keys between the 6 of us.

The location is excellent close to city center, very clean and peaceful area. Comfortable living. Highly recommended

Perhaps the checkout time could be 11 am instead of 10am.

Perfect location, walking distance from the centre. The apartment was spacious and clean. And was a very comfortable stay.

I didn't realise when making the booking that a parking space wasn't available, therefore we ended up spending an additional £48 to park our car for 2 days.

Location was great. A lovely new modern apartment. Very comfortable mattresses on the beds. Gymn facility was an added bonus.

Nowhere to hang clothes in the bedroom with the ensuite bathroom. Could use draws in the bed but not ideal for dresses. We were a party of four but only issued one door fob, it would have been much more convenient to have had two key fobs as we seperated during the vacation a few times. No parking spot allocation, although we knew this when we booked it proved to be costly and inconvenient as could only find 24 hour parking and therefore had to keep returning to the car to put more money "in the meter".

Lovely host Chris accommodatio was excellent very clean and charms always available to answer any questions

Well located , new facilities with great gym . Bathroom was very clean.

Bedrooms was very dirty and the beds mattresses was bad qualities . Living room was a good space however unfortunately it’s not well cleaned. So as the kitchen cutlery was very dirty . Towels was very stinky but the team replaced these for us. All these was reported to management and they did their best to rectify.
