The location was excellent, just 7 minutes from the Marina and 5 minutes away from the promenade and beaches (by car)

Location and outside space with great views

No one greeted us physically but the communication was very quick and precise. Biggest issue is that it states that it has 2 bathrooms with a shower and a bidet. This is not true. Only one has a shower. The other has the toilet and bidet. This was a huge disappointment. Although it states that you have the whole house, we knew we had the top floor with the terrace as the bottom floor was rented separately. What we did not expect is that we had a third of the upper floor space including that of the terrace. There is no proper boundary between our section and the next one(which apparently might have been the neighbours). The third bedroom, although not needed in our case, has no airconditioning, and nor does the kitchen. It would have been reasonably ok if at least the doors and windows were fitted with insect nets because one could have opened these for a bit of a breeze. Kitchen facilities were very minimal, eg only one wine glass. I am mentioning these simply because I think that the description of the place is misleading and considering its price, one expects a bit better.
