Gostamos muito da piscina , do apartamento em si muito confortável e bonito Ótima localização, atendimento se tivemos algum problema sempre disponíveis

Tivemos foi só um problema quando chegámos a água do apartamento estava a sair muito suja mas no dia seguinte passou , e também do barulho que outras pessoas faziam até às tantas da noite

The apartment was very nice, in fact perfect, (though it could have done with a balcony), but it is in a great location and has everything you need.

Once I'd booked and paid for the apartment, several emails I received, but as I was traveling by motorbike, I didn't see them till I'd arrived at the property, which was difficult to locate and access. Before I could gain access, I had to pay a €100.00, (damage deposit), so to be sent an email containing an electronic key, so to get through the security gate. Apparently, in one email (in small print), it stated that the pool was closed for another week. This was very frustrating, as this was the only reason we booked this apartment was for the pool, and it had clearly stated, on booking, that it was open. When I complained, I was met by the attitude that they didn't care, and nothing was done to resolve the issue, which is still ongoing. It then took several emails in which to retrieve my €100.00 deposit. The apartment was lovely, but the experience ruined my 50th birthday celebrations from my wife. If, for any reason, you couldn't access your emails, then you'd never gain access. Just not good enough.... Also the coffee pods in the kitchen cupboard don't fit the coffee machine provided, which my wife didn't realise and ended up scolding her hand when trying to make a coffee.
