Buona posizione centrale. Ambienti luminosi e spaziosi. Finestre ben isolanti. Arredamento curato.

In cucina ho fatto tutto con lo scottex, ma avrei gradito almeno un canovaccio e delle presine.

L'emplacement de l'appartement dans un petit immeuble typique en zone piétonne/historique La surface du logement, les moustiquaires, l'équipement général, la proximité des petits commerces et gare.

L'accès au 3ème étage par les seuls escaliers, l'absence de ménage pendant notre séjour

The stairs aren’t great for older people.

I am sorry to say that I didn't like: 1. the way that the girl to the reception desk treated me. The check-in online didn't sent to my phone number the OTP code and for this reason I couldn't finish this check-in online. The same situation was to the desk of the reception and the girl threaten me to not give me the keys if I didn't accept to have this OTP code in their phone number. And I WAS WITH A CHILD OF 10 YEARS WITH ME. THIS GIRL WAS INRESPOSABLE. So i proposed to her to do not accesable in contries where the OTP code couldn't arrive. 2. the stairs to the apartment were horrible, 60 very difficult stairs. Image that we had baggage with us too. 3. the apartment was unclean and I have photos of dirtiness to the head of bed in child room,etc. 4. the apartment above this apartment was doing construction works and every morning we woke up from the horrible noise of hammers. The reception desk didn't reply to me when I wrote to them about this inconvenience especially for our child. I have photos of the elevator that transport construction residue that passed to our window of living room from 4 till 6 PM. 5. the reception desk didn't reply to us for baggage deposit. 6. to find the reception desk was difficult if you don't have way to contact them telephonically.
