My sister has mobility issues and a small hand rail on the internal stairs would be helpful. Also a microwave oven would be useful.

Equipment & furnishings could be much improved for not much effort or spend. Examples: no microwave, no bedside tables and lamps. Parking should probably be described as 'on the street' as parking on-site is restricted. Space at the front permanently occupied by an unused/unusable vehicle, space at rear very tight to access between two walls - I managed to get the car in, but I imagine some wouldn't want to risk it, and on the second night this was not even an option as the access had been blocked by another vehicle parked at the side of the house. On street parking is plentiful though, and seems safe enough.

GBGBGood size, first floor, three bedroom flat with a well equipped kitchen, lots of natural light and great views in several directions (also, the use of a garden). Convenient location a few minutes' walk from the town centre.

The parking was a bit tight. The main cooker did not work and were only told this after arrival. There was no microwave. Our youngest has a gluten allergy so having the oven working and a microwave would have been handy.
