INWe were not satisfied with the hotel photos sent on WhatsApp were different when we arrived at the hotel it was not to the mark very poor quality bed washroom the complete experience was worst We were ready to move immediately but since we had paid the amount we had to stay some how and manage the night I suggest never to go back again.
Hygeine neatness it was really stinking standard people should never book that hotel We thought it is like the Sun and Sand hotel which is in shirdi but it was worst. There was no dustbin even in the room it was just ordinary room.
INIt is good generally and value for money.
As per booking,I was to make payment on confirmation. They asked for one day payment before my arrival else cancellation. Despite your advice against advance payment,I asked them for bank details which they did not send. They then cancelled booking. On my arrival, they charged me little more than booking amount saying that booking was cancelled. This is unfair. You may counsel them suitably.
