When i enter the unit. The room was not clean. I believed no body do housekeeping. The dustbin full of rubbish and the towel was used and left on the floor.

The privacy

Its been 3 days since i checked out and i havent got my deposit yet. No reply from CS. The hose bidet is broken. Only gave one set of keys which makes it hard for my family to go out separately.

Nice loft for a short stay. Basic amenities are provided.

Pillows are slightly uncomfortable. Could provide facial tissues/kitchen towels and disposable toothpastes/brushes. Perhaps adding a small table for dining would also be great. One thing I really do not like is the slow responses from management. It has been 3 working days since my booking and I still haven't received my deposit in return. Appreciate improvements in communication and expediting deposit returns.
