This is an underground apartment. The maintenence was not good. The soap in the shower is just a bottle on the floor. The toilet bowl has no lid. The bathroom is also a storage room for cleaning supplies. The sheets for the child were under the sofa, but we were not informed about them. There is no parking. You can park on the street above for a fee and then you carry your suitcases up steep stairs. I recommend looking for another place.

The location is great, close to the centre, which is easily accessible by public transport. Very complete kitchen. Shop nearby. A washer and dryer are available, which was very convenient. The photos reflect the furnishings of the souterrain.

To great disappointment, the shower was broken upon arrival. Found the broken part neatly tucked away in a sink drawer. This wasn't mentioned when booking, so we weren't aware of it, even though we had already paid full price. Not very nice. It's a shame, because it would be a perfectly good apartment if quite a bit of overdue maintenance and finishing touches had been taken care of.

very clean and comfortable

Good location. It was a nice apartment. Bed was comfortable. It had a washing machine and clothes dryer which was very very nice! It was a long, busy (high traffic) walk into the Sentrum/old town but I knew that when I booked the apartment, so it wasn’t unexpected. We enjoyed staying there.

It would have been nice to have a kitchen towel (or paper towels) in the kitchen. There were none. We were just given a bath towel for each of us to use in the shower. I’d recommend offering a kitchen towel or hand towel. Also, the small dish cloth left for us in the kitchen upon our arrival was already used/wet.

It was a comfortable experience

Location can vary depending how central travellers want to be, but the bus service is ideal for travelling to the centre

I recently stayed here with my partner and daughter, and we had a wonderful experience. The apartment was incredibly comfortable, featuring a spacious living room and a stunning, well-equipped kitchen that made us feel right at home. The owner was exceptionally accommodating he allowed us to check in early and even provided a cot for our daughter at no extra cost, which we greatly appreciated. The location was also convenient, just a few metro stops from the main attractions. The only slight downside was that access with a stroller wasn't the easiest; there were a few staircases to navigate, so we had to carry our daughter up and down, but it was manageable. One tip for future guests: I recommend manually typing the address into Google Maps rather than copying and pasting, as this led us up some unnecessarily steep hills. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, and I'd happily recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and family-friendly place to stay!

The apartment was good for a one-night stay - I think it would be helpful to have a map indicating the place location as it was quite difficult to find it.

The instructions weren't clear on where to find the towels and sheets (they were under the sofa bed), we arrived quite late and had to contact the person to help us figure it out.

Nice location and very close to a supermarket. The apartment is clean, new and modern. The host is very helpful and friendly.
