Luxury 5-Bedroom House, Birmingham City Center

We arrived at the house and it looked nothing like the pictures The road is full of rubbish and over flowing bins - there is only one street parking despite being told there was a car parking space It was difficult to get into the property and think we unlocked the door by accident Inside the house looked nothing like the photos - it is small and far from luxury We had to contact the host for more bedding as all the beds were not made and some had dirty pillow without pillow cases on show Bedding also was not clean In fairness the cleaner did attend and sort this out There is a hot tub but it was empty and looked far from appealing We struggled to get the TV to work as needed internet had to use hot spot When we came to leave the house for our night out we checked to ensure we could get back in but the lock was not working so we had to request someone to come out which mean 2 of our group had to stay in and wait for people to change the actual handle of the door I paid a £300 deposit and it took 2 weeks for them to return it, I sent multiple messages which were ignored before finally getting through to someone on the phone Overall would not recommend this property - wry clever photography!

Nothing, the property was impossible to contact. Lack of communication throughout the booking process, didn't provide check in details or allow access to the property so we had to find alternative accommodation. Then failed to refund the damage deposit despite the fact we never entered the property, booking.com have tried to contact the owners who simply do not reply to messages or answer there call. Simply avoid don't book here
