Agnanti Villas

The house was simply fantastic. We’ve stayed here over a month and woke up every day with a smile. The bed is comfortable, the house is nicely cool and the views are stunning. The outside area is set up in such a way that there’s always a good spot to sit: sun, shade, out of the wind. With its own gate it’s a safe place for your car and belongings. From the house it’s a short walk down to various beaches or the local tennis club (€20 per hour). Lastly, the owners are simply amazing. Respond always immediately, are super helpful and brought us a box full of Christmas treats. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Die Villa - ein Traum! Ausstattung und Komfort sind perfekt! Der Ausblick atemberaubend und unvergesslich schön! Man muss einfach mal dort gewesen sein und alles mit eigenen Augen gesehen haben!

Zeer mooie, nieuwe woning op een rustige en mooie locatie. Alles was schoon. Mooi uitzicht op de zee vanop het terras, waar we altijd de ochtendzon hadden en buiten konden ontbijten, heerlijk! Je kan in 10 min. te voet naar beneden lopen naar Havaniabeach. Andere activiteiten en de winkel zijn goed te doen met de auto. Het is een goede uitvalbasis. Zeer genoten van ons verblijf!

Het doet zeker geen afbreuk aan alle positieve zaken aan de woning en is persoonlijk maar wij hadden een extra douche wel fijn gevonden. Nu douch je in het bad en er is er maar 1. Een paar extra koffiekopjes waren ook welkom geweest.

Alles war super schön: die Lage, das schnelle Erreichen vom Strand und Stadtzentrum. Highlight ist das Aussicht vom Balkon auf die Stadt und Meer. .. das war unvergesslich schön dort immer zu frühstücken. Das gesamte Haus ist sehr sauber gewesen , in der Badewanne gab’s genug Shampoo, Seife und Toilettenutensilien vom Gastgeber. Alle Zimmer sind geräumig, sehr schön eingerichtet. Alles nötige war da ( auch Trockner mit Wäscheklammern auf dem Balkon). Küche mit allen erforderlichen Geräten und Zubehör. Draußen gab’s auch alles zum Grillen. Wir haben dort eine schöne Zeit gehabt!

Morgens war das Wasser in der Dusche nicht warm genug.

Die Aussicht und die Ausstattung der Vila ist einfach unschlagbar. Der Gastgeber war jederzeit erreichbar und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder! ✈️

Wonderful stay! Extremely clean and comfortable, with a breathtaking view and a perfect location close to beaches and restaurants. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel at home. Highly recommended!

De villa is nieiuw, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien, Het heeft een groot balkon met uitzicht over Havania en de stad Agios Nicolaos. Op elk moment van de dag kan je in de schaduw zitten en zodoende buiten ontbijten of dineren.

Wij hebben geen enkel minpunt wat deze accommodatie betreft.

Це не просто вілла — це справжня мрія. Такої ідеальної чистоти я ще не бачила: усе блищить, усе продумано до дрібниць. У квартирі є буквально все — від солі, олії, шампуню і аптечки до пляжних рушників, парасольок і навіть бінокля, щоб розглядати море з балкона! 🧂🎒🔭 Вид — просто неймовірний. Балкон — це місце, де хочеться бути постійно: пити каву, дивитися на море, дихати на повні груди. Ще один величезний плюс — господарі. Завжди на зв’язку, дуже ввічливі та уважні. Нас навіть відпустили пізніше виселитися — не об 11:00, а о 15:00, за що окрема подяка. А ще — нас чекали приємні подарунки: стигла диня, арбуз, грецька горілка та інші смаколики. Це дуже зворушливо й щиро. Відчувається, що люди роблять цю справу з душею люблять свою справу і поважають своїх гостей. 💙 Однозначно — краща вілла, де я була. Хочеться повернутись ще.

Рекомендую орендувати авто, оскільки спуск до моря досить крутий і може бути складним, якщо ходити пішки.

We had the great pleasure to spend a week at Agnanti Villas in early February, 2025. We stayed in one of the two units available, specifically Anatoli. This is a brand new villa built above Havania beach just outside of Agios Nikolas, Crete. And we are so grateful we did. This villa is perfect! And this is not our first villa experience in the area, by the way... there is a pattern of perfection here. Stunning views of Mirabello bay. High-end, modern construction. Easy access to the surrounding beauty of Crete. We have come back to Agios Nikolas for 3 years in a row and quite frankly, there is no better place for two retired Canadians to go to escape winter back home. In fact, we feel like we are coming home whenever we return to this island, so thank you Crete. George has absolutely created a lovely space. One floor, easy access for oldies like us. Sea views from the 3 bedrooms and the sitting area and a deck that spans the entire length of the villa. Inside there is a modern, large and well equipped kitchen. Everything was thought of from sufficient pamphlets highlighting the local hiking trails to binoculars for spying the fishing boats out on the water. If you are getting the impression that we are true believers in the Cretan way, you are right. And if you are inclined to seek out an amazing piece of one of the best places on earth, well here it is. And if you want to stay in a really bright and lovely villa... well you would be going to the right place staying at Agnanti Villas. I know every time we share our thoughts on the places we have stayed, we run the risk of creating competition for a location we deem to be "our perfect place in Crete". But I have to give George all his due. You really would be doing yourself a favour spending time at Agnanti Villas. Yamas!
