Home to the Stars on Music Row with Pool and Free Parking

Apartment is very clean and in a good private location. It's a 27 minute walk from downtown or a 7 min drive. It's lovely and clean and the beds are very comfortable.

Location is perfect! So easy to walk around and close to downtown. We didn’t use the pool but it was very cool to see! Getting in and out was easy. Free parking was so convenient. It was quiet! The way they were able to fit 2 beds into the bedroom was pretty smart. Having the toilet in isolation was nice.

Common areas a bit worn down. I’d maybe go with a ruggable that you can wash the rugs more often.

Pool was closed. A little far from most of the music venues. Needed to take Ubers to get to downtown

There was a door code for the building as well as the apartment. So, no accidently lost keys...yeah! Amazing, centrally located, smack dab in the middle of all the major music industry "houses", yet pretty quiet neighborhood (especially after business hours). This is an historic building, so expected a bit of wear-n-tear on hallway, elevator, but really not bad for this mid-century facility. Lots of great musical folks passed through these hallowed halls (if the walls could talk!) Loved the apartment! Super-clean, comfy beds, all the expected & noted amenities. They even provided coffee and filters...THANK YOU! Great feature was a separate toilet room, and separate sink/vanity area so you're not taking up the entire bathroom if someone is showering (or doing their business!) Reserved, off-street parking (pass is provided) on ground floor of building was much appreciated! Oh, and the super-clean, well-maintained, guitar-shaped pool was a blessing on the several hot days I experienced while I was there. Centrally located, within walking distance to many hot spots on Demonbreun, Broadway is a short jaunt (or just Uber over). Totally recommend and will definitely stay here again.

No fault of the building, but the traffic exiting - or entering - the building's parking area between 3:30-5:30pm on a weekday is a trick! Overall, though, folks are respectful of exiting and/or entering the parking lot and will politely make a space so you can merge. Just gotta have a bit of patience - or leave before 3:30 and come back after 6.

The space was fantastic. Easy check in and the host was easy to reach. Clean, comfy apartment that was close to everything.

It was a little hard to find where to enter the parking garage - we passed it several times before realizing it was our building. Not a big deal at all.

The apartment was clean, spacious and really well equipped. The pool is an added bonus. It was also in a great location.

Our stay felt private. The pool was warm and clean. Felt safe and secure. Bed was comfortable. Loved that bathroom had both shower and tub. Didn't hear any of our neighbors. Relaxing place to stay after busy day in Nashville.

Need towel hooks for wet towels and bathing suits to dry. Also advise where all the extra bedding is. Didn't find sheets for couch bed until the next morning.

Great location on Music Row. Building is right by Studio B. Many famous artists stayed in the building. Free parking. Guitar-shaped pool. Unit was very cute and functional inside.

Outside of the building is plain and could use cleaning or painting. Cleaners forgot some trash. It would be nice to have luggage stand or 2.
