Flexibilidad con check-in y check-out Buena comunicación con el personal a través de la app de booking Cercanía a Albufeira en coche (15min aprox)

Por poner alguna pega, faltaban algunas cosas esenciales, como gel de ducha, una balleta para limpiar la cocina, más papel higiénico, sal, aceite…

"After all the kinks was sorted out after a long drive we had a great time. Some improvements from host would be good."

Location was good to the beach and the rooftop pool. Once settled in we had a great time and should have stayed longer.

Hard to find and never received my email instructions. Had to call to get directions. Was reminded about my check in which we were late bc we couldn’t find the place! Once found it was multiple steps and pictures to get into the place after a long drive. Only 2 small rolls of toilet paper for 5 people for 3 days so had to go buy some. Found handsoap last day tucked away somewhere. Charged a cleaning fee

L'endroit est très confortable ! Et très propre!

Pour contacter l'établissement, je n'ai pas pu le faire via l'application BOOKING ! J'ai dû écrire au service à la clientèle! Et cela prend beaucoup de temps. Il n'y avait pas de savon pour les mains, il n'y avait pas de produit pour faire la lessive, ils ne nous ont donné que deux rouleaux de papier toilette!

"super lovely apartment, you just need to find it first"

Had everything you needed, so stunning and perfect for a holiday.

everything was fab except for trying to find the property, the check in instructions left out that everything you need was around the back of the property, we were stranded for 1.5 hours trying to figure out how to A) find the property and then B) how to get in.
