When we went through the door we were pleased with it then there were problems the oven wasn't working the towels were grubby only sheet for the bed they promised more but never came the mats in the bedroom were very slipery my partner slipped and fell cut his head and his arm was seriously injured he had to go to the hospital and clinic every other day to have the dressing changed then I had a shower the door came off the runners and shared we had reported it days before he came to the property had a look and said he would return with a part but he never did the lift was full of building rubbish it was like living on a building site workmen every where same outside the property. We olso had to pay hospital and clinic expenses which was quite expensive it was a holiday from he'll.

Not being told that there was building work going on inside and outside the property could do with another holiday to get rid of the stress
