Nice bed sheets are the only thing I can mention good about this place.

- First of all, no one mentioned the absence of towels. The only mention was "if you need extra towels - just ask", well, it's hard to ask for extra, if there are none before the extra, right? Since we didn't know that, we didn't bring ours from home. Meanwhile, the emergency number is totally useful, and the property team refused to give us towels (3 people for 3 days) and offered to buy one for 6 pounds (18 pounds extra for 3 people). Good businees, to put people in a situation where they can basically do nothing about it. I am traveling A LOT and have never seen anything like that. - The building is beautiful in itself. But no one cares to take care of it. It's sad because it doesn't require much to make it at least a bit cozier. - While rooms are clean, like 2-3 out of 5, the bathrooms are dirty since they are cleaned only once a week. Which is crazy considering how many people are changing in the building during the week. Won't stay there again.

Bathroom and kitchen hadn’t been deep cleaned since 21/12 or tidied since 21/01. I checked in on 28/01. Still hadn’t been cleaned by my last night of a 7 day stay despite multiple emails with photos showing the mess. Staff have a very ‘we don’t give a shit attitude’ to everything with a generic reply of being short staffed. 4 weeks I’ve stayed in various properties through Clifton short lets and I’ve heard that reply many a time. My first week in one of their other properties I had my room broken into whilst I was at work by a previous tenant.

Everything, I will be so honest with you - not worth the price oh also there’s no WiFi so ignore it saying that it has WiFi, pure lies.

Excellent location! The room has the nessecities for a few nights stay. The lock was confusing at first. (You have to twist it the other way...)

Not the cleanest, but I was not expecting anything squeaky clean anyways. Not the most private, since you can time to time hear even snoring form the upstairs neighbour...
