Modern Luxury Home in West Sedona with Hot Tub

Wonderful views and great access to the grocery store and restaurants. The house is lovely and comfortable and we had everything we needed. The hot tub was a great finish to a nice hike!

Location, and the property

First time in Sedona, and the location in West Sedona was perfect! House was very clean and modern and we loved the quiet, peaceful setting. Kitchen was a standout.

Garage had unpleasant smell of lots of garbage bags in the bins that had not been taken to the street for collection in quite a while. Might want to think about providing Kleenex and a bureau in the Master. Also double-checking shampoo and TP supply.

We absolutely loved this home. It was beautiful and comfortable with a modern aesthetic. This home looks brand new and high-end. The master bath had a stand-alone tub and a separate shower. The furniture and the beds were very comfortable. The lighting was great, which I can't always say about rental properties. The kitchen was large with a sizable island and it was open with the living room and dining area. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, knives, cutlery, etc. The house had a high ceiling in the great room and lots of windows throughout the house. All windows had shades for privacy and to block out the light. There were just two of us this time, but with the three bedrooms and two baths, it would easily accommodate a larger group. It was a pleasure to have an enclosed garage available to park our car--we loved that. And we enjoyed hanging out in the house and in the back yard. The back yard and the surrounding neighborhood, and its location in West Sedona were perfect for us. Several beautiful hiking trails could be reached by a short walk in the neighborhood; and other notable trails were a short drive in almost any direction. The house and neighborhood were quite and there was no traffic noise or any other noise in the house. We can tell there was a lot of thought and effort put into the design and decor of the house. It paid off!!! I could live full-time in a house like this! We would highly recommend this listing and will stay here again next time we visit Sedona. Thank you!

There was no outdoor dining table in the backyard at the time of our visit but there was a gas grill.

Spacious, clean, good location

The beds in bedrooms 2 and 3 are not as comfy.

Good location. Clean. Appreciated access to garage parking. Kitchen well stocked.

The bed in the master was great. Both guests in the other two bedrooms complained about uncomfortable beds, on the firm side. 4:00 seems a bit late for check in and 10:00 seems a bit early for check out.
