We love the house, very modern, clean and confrontable. The location is great, you can walk out of the house and be on the trail. Also all necessaries store are so close. I will recommended this house for everyone.

"Exceptional stay"

We had the best stay in Sedona! The house is beautiful and surrounded by amazing mountains. It’s also super close to all the necessitates (grocery/whole foods/uptown, etc). The house itself is super modern, impeccably clean, and has a fantastic patio area in the back.  We cooked dinner and appreciated that the kitchen had EVERYTHING we needed. We loved all the nice touches and truly felt like home! The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating. We highly recommend it!!!

Location. Size. Comfort. Facilities.

Heating wasn’t consistent. Maybe it’s controlled remotely? A £200 cleaning fee for 2 people staying 2 nights is excessive. Suggest that the 2 other bedrooms are locked when only a couple staying and reduce cleaning fee.
