Бяхме настанени в обзаведен гараж 7 на 3 метра, въпреки че резервирахме надстройката над него с изглед към морето ( в обявата пише апартамент). Не спахме от невероятния шум идващ отгоре. Контакт със собствениците единствено чрез sms. Не ни преместиха. На другият ден си тръгнахме, въпреки че резервацията беше за една седмица, без да стъпим на плажа и в морето. Не препоръчвам на никого.

The proximity to the beach

Terrible value for money, extremely expensive for what it actually was the place. It’s basically a dependance that has no airflow so we had to keep the ac running as well as the room door open to breathe easy. We also rented end of April and the place is not for windy or cold weather as it was extremely humid and there was only a table to eat outside because of the room being such a small space. We were always cold and the place is not well isolated. Overall we were uncomfortable which for 1065€ for 10 days is a real shame. To be paying so much for a place where you barely can stay or sleep, we made it work because it was non refundable. I write this review cause I am tired of people renting out as if it was a five star place a hole that is not livable, I bet the owners that lived next door in a villa would never sleep in the place they are renting out and making money out of.

It is a very nice place next to the beach (very short walk). It also has an inner courtyard with a table and chairs. The place is quiet and comfortable and potentially has everything needed for a pleasant stay.

Unfortunately, the apartment has a major design flaw: the bathroom has no windows or ventilation, and it takes a while for the steam from the shower to dissipate. Apart from that, the apartment was extremely humid and therefore in very bad conditions: insects everywhere, ants, spiders and mold in many parts of the house. It smelled really bad and it was very hard to spend time in the apartment. The two windows in the main room are not enough to change the air (especially in winter). I tried all the owner's recommendations (keep windows open all day / use dehumidifier / limit shower usage / maximize main door open time etc) but nothing helped - I always found a very unpleasant air when I came back at night. The conditions of the kitchen and shower are a bit in contradiction with the name "nuevos apartamentos"
