The Main Drawback That Overshadows All the Advantages: A HORRIBLE MATTRESS.We spent three sleepless nights. The mattress in the apartment was old, completely sagging in the middle, and so soft that my husband and I constantly rolled into each other, creating a "hammock" effect. We woke up with terrible back and neck pain. Every day began not with relaxation, but with a search for a pharmacy to get painkillers. This completely ruined all our plans and spoiled our vacation. The neighboring hotels cost the same amount of money and are of excellent quality (for example, Teight Hotel). Unfortunately, we didn't have the opportunity to move because everything nearby was fully booked, and our schedule was too tight for an extensive search. Other significant drawbacks: · Broken front door handle: We immediately became concerned about security. · Misrepresented size: The apartment was advertised as 70 square meters, but this is untrue. Only about 40 square meters were available. · Unhygienic and missing amenities: There were no foot towels, only an old, rotting wooden bath mat with mold that needs to be thrown out immediately. · Dark and gloomy: The apartment is very dark; you'd need to be a mole to navigate even with the lights on due to the very low-wattage bulbs. · Stingy provisions: We were left one unpackaged tea bag (who handled it and with what hands is unclear), one used coffee capsule from a previous guest, and one additional capsule. The shampoo and shower gel were of very low quality, with a toxic smell and a broken dispenser.

Les lits ne sont pas très confortables. Le bruit du frigo toute la nuit. Un verre utilisé pas rangé et à essuyer. Pas de bouteille à l arrivée.

Great location close to everywhere !

My husband is very particular about the sanitation, he found urine under the toilet plastic loop, the rest areas are fine!

This place was nice in general, it is spaceous and has a lot of natural light, and it is also very quite even it overloooks Mitropoleos street. There are many bakeries and cafes in vicinity (a nice one is just accros the street, and there is a takeaway coffeeshop and sendwich bar just on the 1st floor of the same building). There is a well equipped kitchen that you could use for a couple of days stay or longer. The location is pretty good and that would be it for what we like.

The communication with the owner (or whoever rents it) was completely missing. We were unable to contact them except for one short call to share our complaints, otherwise the number given is deff, no one ever replies to whatsapp or calls. We came late in the evening and were fairly scared if we will be able to enter the apartment, and once we got codes and entered, it wasn't up to as described. (I see that now after almost one year they somewhat changed the description) It wasn't cleaned properly, and complamentary watter and bathroom ammenties were missing. We compolained about late response as well and our fear about ability to enter since it was late at night when we arrived, around 22.30h. Their lack of comunicaton continued later as well. They offered us to reimburse us for one night in order to compensate for the bad service and we accepted it as a downpayment for our next stay in Thessaloniki. In return they ask to give them top ratings which we did, and they insisted we do it while we were still there. This review is updated and the real one, without missing parts. However after that review was posted they completely cut all communication again, email, whatsapp, phonecall.. no response nor confirmation. We are not sure again if we would be able to use the aparment as they don't communicate. I strongly believe that they are buying top ratings through fake (or for someone a real) compensation deals. Be carefull if you book this property it may give you lots of unnecessary stress. Please check other low score ratings to witness the poor host consistency. We didn't and made mistake.

Great location, mini market downstairs and take-a in general the flat was way coffee across the street. Lots of restaurants, shops and places of interest within waking distance.

In general the flat was well equipped, but it would be nice to have a toaster.

Very close to everything. White tower and pier is a couple of minutes away. Supermarkets close by and bus stops 2 mins away. Excellent location as it is so close everything you may need. 65 inch tv, large lounge, good bathroom. The hosts were very responsive.

Nothing as everything is great.
