Our family of six arrived at the apartment, only to be disgusted by a dead cockroach at the entrance. The stench was unbearable, and dirt was everywhere. We discovered cockroaches crawling in the kitchen drawers, along with hair all over the place. The oven was a disgusting mess, caked with layers of grease and filth. To top it off, one of the lamps in the living room was non-functional. The apartment was filled with numerous issues that we couldn’t even bear to report to the owner, who was frustratingly unresponsive via WhatsApp when we attempted to send pictures. He only agreed to arrange for cleaning the following day, which we found unacceptable. There was no way we could endure another moment in such deplorable conditions. It became painfully clear that even the proposed cleaning would do nothing while we remained there. We made the decision to vacate the apartment immediately, leaving us no choice but to shuffle from place to place for two days with all our belongings. To add insult to injury, we did not receive a full refund, indicating a complete lack of accountability on their part. This experience was utterly disgraceful and should serve as a warning to anyone considering a stay here.
