Location was convenient near to our residence

Title- Fraud Hotel with rowdy staff We found this hotel on booking.com where it was advertised by Oyo Hotels. Booking.com advertised all payment required at the property.  After an hour of booking  4 rooms for our function    we received a message from Oyo Hotels via booking.com asking to pay 25% money as deposit else booking will be cancelled,  we paid required amount.  A day before our check-in we went to check property and if everything  working as mentioned on website, staff present at the reception was extremely rude, lady told us they do not take online bookings. She asked us to cancel booking and book directly with them and pay in cash. We said our booking is confirmed,  Deposit is paid , if you have any problem talk to Oyo Hotels. After lot of heated exchange,  they agreed to give rooms but showed us very dirty rooms at ground floor and said these are rooms they give to online bookings. We requested early checkin,  they charged almost a full night charge for it. Next morning when our family arrived and was waiting outside,  person at reception was sleeping and refused to get up. He made us wait half an hour before getting up to open rooms. They were pushing to pay in cash only. Room cleaning was very poor, beds were in poor state Do not book this hotel via booking.com or Oyo Hotels website , they are fraud with goons sitting at reception as hotel staff.

Staff behavior, while checking in, receptionist was very rude and arrogant, he was continuously telling, why did you pay online? Not accepting adhar card printed id even if a hard copy of driving license was provided, and was telling will accept adhar only if you cancel online booking and book offline at increased price. Apart from this, the place is not family friendly, all day local couples were coming in with masked face making it obvious, creating a negative image of the place where any family will feel odd.

The hotel deny our booking.

nothing very poor maintenance staffs are very rude

They have taken Extra Fee from me while booking it was 490 something but they have taken 600+ from me and they were telling me that they will not give me the room at what price i have booked. I am attaching the Bill.

they cancelled the booking asked for hefty amount to provide room. had to face lot of issue during night due to this ransom.
