Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please inform COSY and HOMEY with ALL in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you could be asked to pay up to USD 326 after check-out, according to this property's Damage Policy. 1. If you're booking for someone else and won't be staying with them, you need to give us at least one adult's full name and phone number right after the reservation is confirmed This is for emergency purposes.If you don't do this, the host can cancel the reservation. 2. NO SMOKING is allowed inside the unit. Violating this rule may result in reservation cancellation and immediate eviction. 3. Please ensure kitchen items are washed before use. 4. Eating in the bedrooms is prohibited. 5. Please report any damages immediately. 6. Parties or events are strictly prohibited. In the event that a party or event takes place without the host's confirmation, you will be required to vacate the property immediately. 7. Overnight vvisitors must be include on the reservation, violating this rule may result in reservation cancellation and immediate eviction. 8. Guests are prohibited from using the property for any illegal activities, including but not limited to prostitution, illegal drug use, harboring a fugitive, or any form of abuse towards individuals or animals. 9. It is not safe to disconnect the fire alarm system. 10. Please avoid using white bathroom towels to remove makeup or sleeping on linens with makeup. If any towels or linens get stained, there will be a fee 11. Guests are responsible for changing the batteries of any items, such as AAA or AA batteries, if they run out. 12. Laundry space hours: 9am -7PM Because there is an apartment above or next to room, it is necessary to be very quiet and fallow the instructions. 13. We have basic items in the kitchen, bathrooms and other spaces in the unit. you may provide your items if you have any special needs or can ask us if we can provide but not promising. 14. A one-time cleaning fee will be charged .If you stay for more than a week and require cleaning service, we can suggest cleaners to you to arrange. Or you can organize your self. 15. Occasionally, we may need to inspect the property (e.g., plumbing and electric systems) with a 24-hour notice. 16. While we strive to accommodate reasonable guest requests, please note that we do not provide hotel services. 17. Each reservation is entitled to 1 parking spot within the parking lot. 18. Portable window AC units may be removed between October 10 and May 15. 19. Except for emergencies, mechanical repairs may take at least 24 hours or sometime more.. 20. "Building maintenance and repair works may occur between 8:30 am to 6 pm, except on Sundays. There are security cameras outside of the building and common areas. if you have any concerns and questions about these rules please contact us. A deposit may be required at the property.
