perfect location, the owners of house was incredibly friendly and helpful. truly enjoyed my small vacation here. the interior design and decorations were amazing.

slightly noisy: was woken up twice during the morning as I heard sounds from upstairs, but generally acceptable and not a big problem.

Lovely apartment, spacious, well kept with everything you could want and more!

Due to the vast amount of accessories, especially in the kitchen, not everything was totally clean, but it was easily rectified.

Fabulous location. Beautiful property that was very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. It was a lovely quiet night and we slept very well in this cozy seaside flat.

That you had to pay to park at the property on top of price. We have stayed at other places along the Leas for much less, that provide a parking spot inc. in the price. This was the only negative.

Great location on the sea front in a beautiful old building. Decor was lovely with lots of amenities. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms nice towels. Nice and cosy and warm. 2 little gardens with seating. Fabulous large comfortable sofas to watch tv.

The location is great and it's nice and warm

It has far too many personal items and clustter in the house, it was also not very clean. The bathroom had mould and there were pictures of the owners and family. It felt like you were staying at your aunts rather then renting an apartment. There was a lot of ball balls on the floor that we kept stepping on, and no where to recycle our items. As there was so much clutter there wasn't anywhere to put our stuff as a couple let alone if we had four people staying. The kitchen had a lot of items which made it hard to find anything. I think all of the a above could be fixed relatively easily though and the location outweighs the negatives.

Close to the beach front and a quite and comfortable space with enough room for my family. It did seem like a home away from home for my family

The key to the main door was a problem to use and lock the door from inside the house.

We loved our stay in this clean, comfortable, homely apartment in a brilliant location. It was a lovely flat, nicer than the photos. Great communication. We appreciated the visitor parking permit, very convenient parking right outside. And the flexibility with arrival and leaving time was great. Ideal stay, thanks.

People should be aware it’s a home rather than a bland holiday let - we prefer it that way but others may not.

The property was in a good location.

The property was filthy, not enough towels, there was hair on bath tub, shower, and wc seats as well as basins. Washing machine has dirty clothes, and washing baskets left in bedrooms had dirty clothes. The kitchen had not been cleaned at all from previous family that stayed. We had to give the property a proper clean prior to settling in and this was not what we expected as we had just walked 10 miles and wanted to cook and relax for the evening. The owner was informed and she agreed to a 50% refund however upon leasing did not honour this.
