Pretty expensive for a small apartment, during the middle of the winter

The location is close to subway station . This is the only positive about this if you can call it an appartment.

Terrible Experience – Bed Bugs, Unhygienic Conditions, and Suspicious Devices I believe this place was a complete trap. To make a long story short — the apartment was full of bed bugs, and my entire body was bitten. Even three weeks after the stay, I still haven’t fully recovered. The bathroom is extremely small — you can’t even bend down to wash your face properly, and the shower is so narrow that it’s nearly impossible to wash your feet. There were also strange devices installed on the walls (see attached photos). They looked like cameras, which made me feel very uncomfortable, so I covered them with towels. After the first night, when I realized I had been bitten, I contacted the owner. He sent someone to change the bed — the person was polite and said he would remove the mattress. He offered to prepare a small sofa in the entrance as a temporary bed or partially refund my stay. Since it was already 11 PM and I had all my luggage unpacked, I don’t know why, but I agreed to sleep on the sofa. It was the worst night ever. I informed the owner again in the morning, and he agreed to refund 50%. However, that was far from fair — especially considering the situation and the extra €40 I spent on medication and creams. In short, never book this place. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had, and for the same price, you can easily find much better accommodation.

Erg gehorig en bed is klein voor 2 personen. Vond prijs-kwaliteit niet in verhouding. Op het oog schoon maar lagen nog natte handdoeken in de wasmachine en veel stof in de airco. Viel er af als je hem verplaatste.
