The capsules are damaged and don’t close; anyone can enter. There is trash everywhere, a bad smell, and so on. The apartment owner, as well as Booking.com, are not responding.

The price and the location

When people talk outside the capsule, it wakes me up. Some talk late at night. If someone snores... you don't sleep...

I found someone sleeping in my capsule!! And there was no one to help in the reception... I went out and booked a room somewhere else because I had to get a room quickly. I have tried to contact the manager, but he stopped responding!! So i'm asking for a free cancelation...

Near Jerusalem Old City.

Air conditioning running 24h a day and very noisy and too cold that you couldn't barely sleep and have some rest. Very dirt in general that at some point you could find chicken bones and chips on the reception floor. Also, there was a flood on the WC corridor. Only the next day, a lady cleaner came around and made some work. No drinking water was available, only tap water. No staff, only a volunteer, who didn't help much to all customers arriving because he just disappeared most of the time. Even the nationals were very much disappointed when they saw the difference between the pictures and the reality. Looks like an easy way to make money.

The location is very good, but you pay a high price for that...

No stuff was there, not possible to call someone. Rare information through Whatsapp. Had to clean my capsule by myself.

The owner and staff were great, the place was clean and a great value.

I am looking forward to them updating the capsules, which they are planning to do once the war is over. Because of the lack of travelers from abroad, due to the war, the capsules have not been updated in a while, but there is really no reason people shouldn’t come here. It is completely safe unlike what the news would lead you to believe. I recommend staying here.

the only thing available in the kitchen is a kettle and a refrigerator. no stove for cooking, only disposable cups and teaspoons for dishes. the capsules are horrible! everything is in cracks, very dirty between the walls and the mattress.
