Großzügige, sehr schöne, helle, ruhig gelegene Wohnung mit 2 tollen Terrassen- 1x Bergblick, 1x Meeresblick. Eigener Parkplatz in Parkgarage, sehr schöner grosser Pool.

Man war immer auf das Auto angewiesen, um zum Einkaufen oder Restaurant zu kommen.

La tranquilidad y la piscina, añadido a la amabilidad de Luis (quien nos recibió y enseñó todas las instalaciones.

No pudimos usar el aire acondicionado, pues al ponerlo toda la casa olía a cañerías, realmente muy fuerte el olor y era imposible usarlo. Pasamos un poco de calor para dormir la verdad. Faltaban cosas mínimas (detalles) como lo es el jabón de mano en los baños, una cortesía de Cápsula de café o alguna botella de agua en la nevera se agradece, ya que en la zona no hay supermercado, sino que debes salir de la urbanización para todo. Pero lo que más destacó es el mal olor del aire acondicionado, tiene una avería y deberían de repararla y además cambiar los filtros porque no es normal.

"Perfect place for Marbella"

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Marbella — even if just for one night, which truly felt like a shame given how perfect the place was. The apartment is incredibly spacious, with two full bathrooms and equipped with everything one could need. There’s also private parking, which is a great advantage, and the location is very well connected to the center of Marbella and all the main tourist spots. Theowner was an exceptional host — extremely kind, helpful, and full of great suggestions about the area. Truly nothing at all to complain about. Everything was flawless. We only wish we could have stayed longer!
