Raha Suites - Westlands

The staff at this hotel are friendly, but unfortunately my overall experience was disappointing. I had booked a two-night stay for 17–18 June, and on the first afternoon the electricity kept cutting out, forcing me to go to a café at Sarit Centre to find power and Wi-Fi so I could continue working remotely. Although the power was restored later that evening, the hotel’s Wi-Fi still had no internet connection and couldn’t be fixed despite the staff’s efforts. The room also had issues with the shower. The overhead shower only produced cold water, and the handheld option with warm water had very low pressure. I eventually decided to check out a day early, but the hotel did not provide a full refund for the unused night, citing local tax deductions even though the rate I paid was advertised as tax-inclusive. Overall, the combination of these issues left me regretting my decision to stay here.

Quelques nécessités de checker les appareils avant d'attribuer la chambre, car malheureusement certains ne fonctionnent pas toujours. Mais pas de panique il suffit d'en parler à la réception pour qu'il remédie.

Exceptional stay in Nairobi! The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly warm, professional, and always ready to help. The location in Kilimani is very convenient, close to restaurants, malls, and key areas in Nairobi. I especially loved the peaceful atmosphere, reliable Wi-Fi, and the attention to detail from the housekeeping team. The heated pool and restaurant were an added bonus. It truly felt like a home away from home. I would definitely stay at Woodmere again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Nairobi.
