"Highly Disappointed in this Super 8"

Location was close to the event we attended.

*The toilet didn’t flush well. *The sink wouldn’t drain with the stopper in place. *The tv was outdated and only had tv channels to watch(which was nothing good). *The bed was hard and ever time we moved, we could hear the metal frame underneath make a noise like it was going to fall apart. *We told the front desk staff, but she just tried to explain it away and didn’t act as if she cared.

Location

Reception desk was slow in checking me in when I already checked in online and provided a card. This is a business trip and would help if staff is flexible and efficient. He also made me wait while he entertained someone on the phone.
