I am very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. During my visit, there was ongoing construction and maintenance work throughout the property. The constant noise made it difficult to relax, and the strong smell of fresh paint in the building was unpleasant and uncomfortable. The hotel never informed me about these renovation works before my arrival. If I had known, I would have chosen another hotel. This lack of transparency is unacceptable. In addition, some of the staff were unhelpful and did not handle guests’ concerns professionally. I expected a much better experience.

すぐにフロントにいって修理してもらったが、シャワーのお湯が突然水になることがある。シンクが詰まる。トイレが流れない。水回りが全体的に弱かった。
