"Izuzetan hotel, sjajno osoblje, za svaku preporuku!"

Hotel je u mirnom delu grada, do najužeg centra grada može da se dopešači bez problema (cca 1.5 km). Raspolaže privatnim parkingom sa dovoljnim brojem parking mesta. U sobi postoji dobro opremljen mini bar. Hotel nije velik, ali je usluga izuzetna. Doručak se servira u kafe restoranu, na principu izbora između 6 do 7 ponuđenih jela. Porcije su obilne, a hrana izuzetno ukusna. Higijena u hotelu je na vrhunskom nivou. Osoblje u restoranu je izuzetno ljubazno i predusretljivo, a posebna pohvala za gospođu na recepciji. Hotel je verno predstavljen na Bookingu. Iako je na rezervaciji pisalo da hotel prima samo gotovinu, prijatno smo se iznenadili kada smo videli da je moguće i plaćanje karticama.

Sviđa mi se hotel, no ne sviđaju mi se pravila hotela. Do sada nisam naišao na situaciju gde tokom noći morate da zvonite recepcioneru i čekate da odnekud dođe i otključa vam vrata hotela ukoliko želite da izađete iz hotela. Takođe, usluga noćenja se može platiti karticom, ali bilo šta iz mini-bara se plaća samo gotovinom. Opet, prva takva situacija na koju sam naišao. S druge strane, osoblje vrlo ljubazno, sobe čiste, udobne i komforne. Hrana u restoranu ukusna, ali previše dima unutra.

It was a pleasant one night stay and a delicious breakfast for the upcoming Novi Pazar trip. The portions of the breakfast might be a little bit big compared to other cultures but nothing unusual considering Balkans.
