Osoblje je fenomenalno i veoma usluzno. Prijatan kontakt svaki put. Dorucak je odlicnog kvaliteta. Probali smo omlet sa prsutom, kacamak sa kajmakom i topli sendvic. Sve odlicno. Sobe su bas udobne i dobro opremljene

Hotel se nalazi u industrijskoj zoni, koja nije lepa za oko, ali to svakako nije presudan faktor jer je sve u Novom Pazaru na dohvat ruke. Sto se toga tice lokacija zapravo jeste prednost, jer izbegavate guzvu u centru grada.
