The hotel has great character. Staff are friendly. Breakfast was excellent. Location convenient and parking is available and included.

The room was quite small for a double room. All rooms are on the first floor and there is no lift.

"Comfortable stay in Paisley centre"

Nicely run Hotel by family Stewart and team. Genuine attention and interaction from hotel staff with guests. Renovated bathroom, particularly the shower was excellent.

WiFi was in process of conversion to Fibre so experienced intermittent WiFi upstairs in Room 11. In the living room / lounge the WiFi worked fine. If you don’t like staircases ask for a room on the first floor. High Street and neighbourhood fairly run-down now.

"The best hotel in the area with wonderful staff. Beautifully decorated and quiet."

Everything was perfect. We had a huge corner room with a large en-suite bathroom and nice views. Great location with lots of bars and restaurants nearby and the station if you want to go further afield. The staff were really friendly with lots of local knowledge and ideas for sightseeing. I thoroughly recommend.

Friendly welcoming, great restaurant recommendations, stored a refrigerated medication for us, fabulous location.

It's a bit hard to find if you're driving and not from the area. Stairs to tge 2nd floor very steep, difficult to bring up luggage.
