Nevis Croft Apartment 1

Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable clean beds. Lots of wardrobe space and big cupboard in hall to store shoes and coats. Great powerful shower. Only 15 minute walk to base of Ben Nevis

Lamp in small bedroom with no plug socket near, needs an extention lead

Cozy, warm, good location

The locks on the doors in the toilets and bathroom don't work. The door in the bedroom doesn't close (it's dried out), the floor upstairs and the door to the bathroom squeak a lot.

Fantastic location close to start of Glen / Ben Nevis trails and only a 10/15 min walk into town. Clean, warm, comfortable beds with a good shower. Great choice for exploring Fort William and surrounds.

Could have done with more glasswear e.g. only 3x wine glasses.

We did not stay in apartment one. There was a problem with the heating and we were moved to apartment 2 and then into apartment 3. Apartments one and two do not have two bathrooms as advertised on booking.com. They have a bathroom upstairs and a toilet downstairs. The owner was helpful and responsive when we made it clear that we required two bathrooms.

The view was beautiful

It was old And unkept It was advertised as in pitlochry so we planned to check in and then go for dinner However it was another hour drive with the windy roads and the restaurants on site would not accommodate us even though it was 15 min prior to close ! They allowed us to drink and buy crisps and peanuts!! They then served food past us for another hour!!

Location was excellent

A bit laughable that after the very expensive stay they ask you to strip the beds 😂

Convenience location with parking space

My husband and I traveled with a female friend, but the toilet door downstairs in the unit couldn't close or lock, and the master bedroom door upstairs also couldn't close. The bathroom door upstairs couldn't be locked either, making our stay very inconvenient and feeling unsafe. The weather when we checked in was below 10 degrees Celsius. Although the whole house provided heating, it was preset to turn off automatically after a certain time. If we needed heating, we had to adjust it manually every hour. As a result, it didn't feel warm inside the house. Unfortunately, the twin bedroom did not have heating, which made us feel very uncomfortable, and our friend had to sleep in the cold. Even though we contacted the owner and received immediate responses, they did not resolve our issues. When we left, we informed the owner about the problems in the unit, especially that many doors couldn't close or lock, but the owner did not respond! Overall, this was a disappointing accommodation experience!

The property was very central, clean, tidy and warm.
