Not sound proof at all. The step and movement on the top room was terrible until pass midnight

Clean, spacious, middle size fridge, USB outlet, outlets every corner of the room, good interior construction material, small corridor, microwave and laundromat provided at shared space, under-shaded parking lots, very close to the city, friendly and local staff.
