La produzione propria di formaggi salumi, e olio. L’arredamento datato, ma che manteneva lo stile dell’agriturismo. La scelta del vino la sera, e la cordialità del personale, con anche la fierezza nel descrivere e raccontare la storia del proprio agriturismo. Il cane, adorabile e un fiero rappresentante del posto.

La sera abbiamo mangiato lì, e la carne, consigliata, anche dal ragazzo (tra l’altro bravissimo in tutto) non era frollata, servita su pietra ollare (nonostante la mia richiesta di carne più che al sangue), nonostante l’abbia tolta con rapidità, la carne ha perso un sacco di liquidi, e di sangue, ed è risultata dura e immangiabile. Purtroppo non è valsa per niente i 130€ che ho pagato solo per quel pezzo (abbondante, per carità, ma di qualità scarsa).
