Great place with everything you need for a good stay. Amazing location with fast access to the city centre and public transport.

The doorknob of the toilet was broken.

So the actual apartment was modern and clean, felt safe once through the door on the apartment.

We didn’t like the building it was in, looks very unkept and scruffy. The heating was hard to control, more too warm than cold but just not easy to regulate, and the quilt didn’t fit properly so had to sleep with legs bent to be fully covered. Would have benefitted from a bed throw. I would also suggest having more towels available as the bathroom floor can get wet due to the shower and no extra towels to stop this being slippy. Also Netflix didn’t work, which although we were out most of the day, coming back and being able to watch a film in bed would have perfect but only YouTube worked. We did tell the agency who tried to sort it but they didn’t understand what we were trying to say and the app doesn’t allow for me to send photos. The photos of the apartment on booking.com are very spot on, it looked exactly like that. Wouldn’t stay again but mainly because of the setting of the building to be honest, the other things could and would probably be rectified easily.

A very cosy and nice apartment with easy access to the old town and the whole center of Bucharest. It looked exactly like the photos and it was warm all day long. It had towels, iron and hairdryer but it didn't have any bathroom supplies except for a little toilet paper

No TV. No sufficient toilet paper, not kitchen paper, not pair wine glasses.
