Az appartman közel van a sípályához, a parkolás helyben megoldott, a lakás kialakítása és felszereltsége pár napra megfelelő. A síléceknek van a földszinten egy kis beugró, ahol ott lehet hagyni a léceket és botokat. a síbakancsot fel kell vinni a lakásba.

Az ingatlanba a bejutás kóddal történik, a panel nem mindig érzékeli a gombnyomást, néha másik számot érzékelt, mint amit nyomtunk, ezért a bejutás főleg az elején körülményes volt. A felszereltség terén egy teás kancsó nagy segítség lett volna, a zuhanyzó üvegfala alatt a víz szivárog kicsit. A csapok dizájnosak, de hosszú távon nem kényelmes a használatuk. A belső világítás amolyan hangulatvilágítás inkább, de ha csak síeléshez kell szállás, akkor elegendő.
