"Budget price but not budget on service"

Great location. Only 3 blocks from Uptown Mall. Lots of food options. My shower was the warmest out of 7 hotels on this tour of the Philippines, if only the handle would stay on. Whoever hired the staff did a good job. Now, however someone needs to train them. Every staff member should be required to stay overnight at least once. They need to get to know the property from a guest perspective. Exceptional service from Bianca, the front desk, actually lent me her personal cell phone to book my Grab to the airport.

Soon after arriving, I discovered that both the TV and shower know did not work. Response was rapid on both, only one was successful. Rooms are only cleaned every three days, regardless of need. The pandemic is over guys...

The space is too small. Please change towel. Its so untidy. I dont want to use them
