Appartamento nuovo in posizione centrale ma tranquilla, nessun problema per il parcheggio. Lungo il fiume con un parco giochi adiacente. Quando sarà finito ci sarà anche l'ascensore funzionante per arrivare al terzo piano. Divano letto comodo e camera accogliente, per la cucina tutto ok. Siamo stati molto bene.

Al momento non per utilizzare l'ascensore. Poi consiglierei di prendere una stendino da tenere sul terrazzo, in quanto è presente una lavatrice. E un kit base con sapoine lavatrice, olio sale e zucchero per la cucina. Nel complesso sono piccoli consigli.

Appartamento curato e accogliente, situato in una ottima posizione. C’è una strada che conduce in pochi minuti al centro, passando sulla passerella sul fiume (alcune recensioni lamentano la distanza dal centro forse perché non hanno capito la strada).

Manca l’asciugacapelli (almeno, durante il nostro soggiorno non era presente), quindi forse conviene chiederlo in anticipo all’host. L’ascensore non è funzionante al momento perché il palazzo pare ancora da completare.

Stairs to 4th floor without lift

Good view, good interior, all necessities are present.

It was a bit cold and elevator wasn't working (temporary)

The apartment is in very good condition with amazing views of the river from the balcony.

The apartment is located in a new, but partially unfinished building - the elevator did not work and we had to carry our suitcases to the fourth floor ourselves.

The apartment was exceptional clean, warm and has everything almost brand new inside, has cosy small balcony with beautiful view to Kura river and located in quiet place. The host was very helpful and greet us late at night because we could not magage to arrive at time. The apartment has all appliances as in description, the double bed in sleeping room and sofa in small living room were comfortable enough to accommodate up to 4 people.

The building is new and elevator was not working therefore. We have a heavy luggage and it was hard to take it upstairs. Also the apartment is very tiny, seems to be enough to fit couple or small family of 3. And you need to take some time to get from there to the center of town.
