I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, I had to wait 3 hours after my flight even after a confirmation on my early check in, the rooms were nothing like the picture, the rooms were so dusty and dirty, with spider webs on wall. NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES. And the staff is so rude, worst experience with both the hotel and customer service for booking.com.

Despite having a confirmed booking, I was told there were no rooms available upon arrival, which was highly unprofessional. I had to go through the hassle of finding a new hotel at the last minute, which caused me a lot of inconvenience. I demand a refund of ₹540 for the confirmation amount, as I received no service from the hotel. Proper communication and coordination need to be improved to avoid such situations.

This is a total scam, it’s not a fab hotel. No proper signage’s displayed anywhere , very shady hotel. Rooms are shoddy and dirty. Toilets are horrible and they ask for extra money for even providing water and breakfast, I left the room within an hour of stepping in. Fab hotel customer care is also horrible , couldn’t get through to them .

The staff could be responsive. The location is central.

There are hidden costs and charges from fabhotel's side. This place isn't a 'fabhotel'. The pictures mislead. Fabhotel books some hotel through booking.com. There is zero communication between the property and Fabhotel. They are extremely unresponsive in booking.com's chats. The room was cramped and dirty. The washroom as well. Spiders were living in the washbasin, and there was no wiper/room cleaning they had done. There was no running water on arrival, and they fixed it for some time with some complaints. The flush wasn't working. On the day of checkout, we received a confusing message on booking.com chat with fabhotel about some "service charge" of 800 bucks, followed by a 'no charge' message. This was not reflected in the Property's portal. We raised the issue on chat and on email, but have received no response for the past week.

Horrible place, horrible hygiene, not a fab hotel but some local hotel with a few rooms on a floor of commercial building. Total scam.
