The staff were incredibly friendly & the food was spectacular. Will definitely stay here again. 10min walk to metro & there a direct line into town.

"Przyjemny hotel, ale dość daleko od centrum."

Sympatyczny hotel w cichej, spokojnej dzielnicy. Czystsze powietrze, niż w centrum Madrytu, akurat, żeby odetchnąć po długim zwiedzaniu miasta. Wystarczające śniadania, jednak bez rozpieszczania gości. Codzienna zmiana pościeli i ręczników.

W pokoju brakowało ewidentnie zwykłego czajnika, w którym można by zagotować herbatę wieczorem. Brakowało zwykłych chusteczek do nosa. Koszt żaden, wystarczyłyby dobre chęci kierownictwa hotelu. Przy wyjeździe nikt z obsługi specjalnie też nie zainteresował się, czy się podobało, czy jest jakiś feedback, czy byśmy coś chcieli poprawić.

"Un oasis de calma y buen hacer en Madrid"

La tranquilidad. La habitación muy amplía, acogedora e impoluta. La atención del personal y la comida servida en el restaurante, muy buena materia prima, excelentemente trabajada y presentada.

Eché de menos en la habitación una tetera/cafetera para poder hacer un té o café y unas slippers.
