Dinner was good, and the room was very comfortable and warm with a nice heater, even though it was freezing outside and rainy. Made the stay feel very cozy

There was a lack of entertainment.. Not much to do if its too cold to swim. Internet was shockingly slow and pretty much unusable. TV channels available was not great. Better internet and a streaming service would have been a lot better.

Vriendelijke ontvangst en koffers werden naar de kamer gebracht, alles werd netjes uitgelegd. Ontbijt was prima.

De kamer was muf, oud en viezig. Deur kon niet open blijven ivm mogelijke apen. Bed was erg klein en met 2 lange hollanders staken de voeten uit bed, ook kraakte het bed enorm. Het is gewoon enorm gedateerd en de foto’s waren mooier dan de werkelijkheid. Het is geen dure kamer inclusief ontbijt, maar toch verwacht je geen spinnenwebben etc in je kamer. Ook de spa was jammer, en zat 3 dagen vooruit volgeboekt, opzich had dit vooraf gemeld mogen worden dat een reservering vooraf handig is. We waren blij dat we hier maar 1 nacht bleven.

Very nice and close to nature, basic room but has all you need. You can even make a fire outside.

The toilet door doesn't close fully so it can be tricky if you share a room.

The gent at reception when we got there couldn't find our booking and was a bit unhelpful. But the manager sorted us out quickly and professional. Amazing stay all round

Het aardige personeel en alle faciliteiten op het terrein. Een leuke speeltuin voor onze peuter + zelfs een binnenruimte waar de kleintjes kunnen spelen.

Het verblijf ligt vlak naast de snelweg. Echter is deze niet heel druk waardoor we er weinig last van hadden.

Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms are very clean.

Staying here was the highlight of our Garden Route trip. The log cabins are incredibly cozy and offer stunning views of the mountains and forest. We loved the "spa bath" in the room—it was the perfect way to unwind after a day of hiking. The entire property feels like a peaceful sanctuary. If you want to wake up to the sound of birds and crisp mountain air, this is the place to be. Truly a soulful experience!

The breakfast and overall the food

Not comfy at all. Very poor network. No shops nearby. And the place luck definition: is it a bed and breakfast or wood self catering wood chalet ??
