Hosts were fabulous. Very attentive and helpful with everything.

Very friendly family running the property, have scooters to rent also, very clean, great pool and lovely view from our balcony, walking distance to old city but just far out enough to avoid the hustle and bustle, perfect stay!

Good location short walk into Hoi An old town and the river. The staff at the hotel couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. The bed was hands down the comfiest I’ve slept in anywhere, almost made me not want to see Hoi An as I could have happily stayed in it.

The pool area is small and after lunch you can only get the sun if you are in the water all the seats are shaded

I received a very nice welcome from Phoung and Mr Lucky from my check in. They are friendly, warm and kind people. They made me feel like part of their family. Nothing was to big or to small for them to help with or provide for me. My room was very comfortable with a nice balcony overlooking the delightful swimming pool. It was cleaned everyday without me asking. The bathroom was the nicest I have had during my stay in Vietnam. It was in a quiet area, but only a 15 minute walk to the center - they have free bikes to use if you need them. I highly recommend VIP Garden Villa as it made my stay in Hoi An all the more special.

Amazing hospitality, great location, very clean room, excellent laundry service

No breakfast option available...but not a problem since the hotel is surrounded by many eateries.

The pool was really clean and nice to use, the rooms were really well kept and cleaned everyday without ask. The owners very friendly and can not do enough for you also the location is 10 minutes walk to old town perfect.
