Location is perfect 15 min walking to the beach and 10 min walking to the train station. Apartment was very clean and fully equipped. Communication with the landlord was smooth and easy.

The apartment was nice

The building was horrible, smelled all the time like marijuana and it was not convenient to stay there with small kids... The apartment was nice only the bathroom was not completely clean

Easy no contact check in and check out (the key is in the lock box right next to the apartment and the code is provided by the owner via text). Very convinient if you have an early or late flight. Clean and lovely apartment, has everything you need + free coffee :) The view is great. There is a parking place for your car but keep in mind that its very crowded. But you can park the car on the nearby streets. The train station is also 5min walk from the building. In the building there is a small grocery store.

The location is a bit far from tourist attractions and larger grocery stores (if you have a car then no problem). The sound isolation could be better, you can hear the tv from the other side of the wall.

communication with Javier was very pleasant and simple.. everything went simple and fluent.. apartment is so sweet, comfortable and clean.. would definitely recommend and use again

Javier communicated really well and provided a great video on how to find and enter the property

It was difficult to get parked really close as it's a busy area but that's not really something that can be controlled

It has literally everything you can think of. I am quite impressed by the high standard the private host provided. Either he works in the hospitality business or has travelled a lot himself. Or he just has the talent to know how to do things right. Well done.
