The Osing Bamboo Resort - a LIBERTA Collection

Struttura incredibile interamente in bambù costruita all’interno di una foresta sulla sponda di un piccolo ruscello. Sicuramente un’esperienza da provare. Personale molto gentile ma forse un po’ troppo giovane e inesperto

Pulizia da migliorare e lo staff non parla inglese. Per il resto tutto bellissimo

Le restaurant de l’hôtel était délicieux avec des prix intéressants. Super service laundry pas cher. Tout l’établissement est fait en bambou c’est magnifique. Nous n’avons pas pu profiter de la piscine car le temps n’était pas terrible mais le cadre est très beau.

It’s a great place to experience a bamboo hotel. The river is calming (it is very loud if you don’t like that)

There were old cigarette butts in the bathroom from a previous guest that I could smell (and see) The mosquito net hanging over the bed was very dirty - looked like it had never been cleaned

Beautiful resort and location We were the only guests as they were renovating, but it caused no disturbance to our stay. Nice bed. All different houses are made of bamboo.

Mosque in the area kept transmitting prayers all night Main pool was closed for cleaning and the smaller one was not very clean, but as it was not to hot we didn't want to go swimming anyway.

The staff were friendly, but their english was really bad. It was hard to communicate with them about anything.

This could/should be a fabulous place - however, we were so disappointed that we checked out early just one night. Swimming pool was good, but only 3 loungers/chairs. Location and gardens lovely.

The place was deserted - we were the only guests. A group of 5-6 young staff were hanging around, but really not interested in helping us. I had to ask which cabin was ours. Once inside, the place was very dirty. The bedding on our bed - on the ground floor - smelt really damp and musty, as if the bed had been made up weeks beforehand and left to get mouldy. The bedroom upstairs was slightly better. All the towels were stained and the bathroom was filthy. We didn’t even dare try to eat in the restaurant in the evening. The crowning glory was breakfast the next morning - which we had to order as soon as we arrived the day before…..toast……was literally a 1/4 loaf, put under the grill for 2 seconds and served with chocolate spread, coffee was Nescafé. We packed our bags and ran, with the indifferent staff looking on. I have stayed in many hotels over the years - both for work and leisure - this is the first time I have ever checked out early and felt compelled to write a negative review. It was also one of the pricier hotels we stayed at during our stay on Java. My advice - stay away.

From the surface, a beautiful place. Architecturally super well done.

Sink did not work properly in one of the 2 rooms. Swimming pool not really usable as the water is too cold (coming directly from a stream). No extra toilet paper given in 3 days, I had to ask for it. On some occasions there was no warm water in the shower. The staff gave impression that they were disturbed while doing nothing when we asked for anything.

Location, infinity pool over the river and food quality at the restaurant. Very very kind personal

Low low level of English spoken. No taxi service and far to any restaurants other than the Hotel Restaurant. Hotel Restaurant had maybe 1/3 of the menu card, the rest was 'sold out' alle 4 days we stayed there. No room cleaning during our 3 nights and 4 days.
