"Avoidable."

The published ratings are bogus. At the time of check out the receptionist took my phone under the pretext of checking the PIN and seems to have put a 10/10 rating which I realised on receipt of an email from booking.com. Room could hardly accommodate a double cot. Hotel not fit for family travel.

Room size is too small. Rigged ratings. Booking.com will lose credibility if they do not visit the hotels before enlisting.

I was asked to pre-pay to confirm the reservation, which I did when they asked me (about 10 days before), but when we reached there, the staff with a ride reply said that there is no room and denied our booking This caused a lot of inconvenience to our plans, though oyo returned back our money
