"Suggestion to Booking.com - Please check OYO hotels members thoroughly as in most of the cases they don’t accept guests"

We reached the property and receptionist denied on our reservation and he said you cannot book this hotel via booking.com.

On our visit to hotel, staff refused to provide us room as they said they don’t have any idea about our booking. It’s almost taken 3 hours to get new hotel for our stay and my family had very painful experience during all that time.
